The 21-Day Lock-In Challenge uses 3 structured gym workouts per week.
You will complete:
- Workout A
- Workout B
- Workout C
You will repeat these workouts across the 3 weeks.
That is intentional.
The goal is not to confuse your body with random workouts. The goal is to build structure, improve your form, and create momentum.
Weekly structure
Use this simple weekly layout:
Monday: Workout A
Wednesday: Workout B
Friday: Workout C
Or use any 3 non-consecutive days that suit your week.
For example:
Tuesday: Workout A
Thursday: Workout B
Saturday: Workout C
Try to leave at least one rest or lighter movement day between sessions.
How hard should you train?
Use a weight that feels challenging but controlled.
You should usually finish each set with around 1–3 reps left in the tank.
That means you are working hard, but not destroying your form.
Your goal each week
Week 1: learn the workouts and complete the sessions.
Week 2: improve one thing. Add a rep, improve control, or add a small amount of weight.
Week 3: finish strong and complete all 9 workouts.
Do not chase ego weight.
Chase completed sessions, clean reps, and better effort.
If equipment is taken
Use the closest alternative.
Do not skip the session because one machine is busy.
For example:
- Leg press instead of squat
- Dumbbell press instead of barbell bench
- Cable row instead of seated row
- Hip thrust instead of deadlift variation
The standard is simple:
Find the option. Do the work. Tick the box.
