Never Miss Twice

Never Miss Twice

This rule matters.

You will probably have a day where things do not go perfectly.

You might miss a workout.

You might miss your protein target.

You might forget to track.

That does not ruin the challenge.

What ruins the challenge is letting one missed day become two, three or a full week.

The rule

Miss one day. Never miss twice.

If you miss a day, you do not restart.

You do not punish yourself.

You do not wait until Monday.

You reset the next day.

What to do after a missed day

If you miss a workout:

  • move it to the next available day
  • keep the rest of the week simple
  • complete the next session
  • tick the tracker honestly

If you miss your protein target:

  • get back on track at the next meal
  • do not crash diet
  • do not overcorrect
  • aim for consistency again tomorrow

If you miss tracking:

  • update it honestly
  • do not fake the boxes
  • keep going

The reset statement

Use this whenever you fall off:

I do not restart. I reset.

One imperfect day is normal.

Two missed days in a row is where drifting starts.

Your job is to interrupt the drift.

That is Final Rep Mode.
