The 4 Daily Lock-In Standards
The workouts matter.
But the real challenge is what you do between workouts.
The Daily Lock-In Standards are the simple actions you complete every day for 21 days.
They are not complicated.
They are not extreme.
They are designed to help you stop drifting and keep momentum moving.
Your 4 Daily Standards
1. Train or Move
On training days, complete Workout A, B or C.
On non-training days, complete 20–30 minutes of walking, light cardio, stretching or mobility.
The goal is simple:
Do something that keeps you moving forward.
2. Hit Your Protein Target
Aim to hit your protein target each day.
You do not need a perfect diet.
You just need enough protein to support your training, recovery and strength.
3. Track the Day
Tick off your tracker each day.
This gives you proof that you are showing up.
Do not rely on memory.
Track the work.
4. Prepare for Tomorrow
Before the day ends, make tomorrow easier.
This could mean:
- packing your gym clothes
- planning your workout time
- preparing a protein meal
- filling your water bottle
- setting your alarm
- writing down your next session
Most people fail because they leave tomorrow to chance.
You are not doing that.
The standard
Every day, ask:
Did I move, fuel, track and prepare?
If yes, tick the day.
That is how momentum is built.
