Training Days vs Non-Training Days

This challenge runs for 21 days, but you are not doing 21 hard workouts.

You are completing 9 structured gym workouts across 3 weeks.

The other days are still important.

They keep you connected to the challenge.

Training Days

On training days, complete:

  1. Workout A, B or C
  2. Protein target
  3. Progress tracker
  4. Prepare for tomorrow

A training day is complete when you have done the workout and ticked off your standards.

Non-Training Days

On non-training days, complete:

  1. 20–30 minutes of walking, light cardio or mobility
  2. Protein target
  3. Progress tracker
  4. Prepare for tomorrow

Non-training days are not “nothing” days.

They are momentum days.

You are keeping the standard alive without smashing your body.

Example week

A simple week could look like this:

Monday: Workout A
Tuesday: Walk or mobility
Wednesday: Workout B
Thursday: Walk or mobility
Friday: Workout C
Saturday: Walk or mobility
Sunday: Rest, walk or light movement

You can adjust the days to suit your life.

The key is to complete 3 workouts per week and keep the daily standards alive.

Do not overcomplicate it

You do not need a perfect schedule.

You need a repeatable one.

If your week changes, move the workout.

Do not quit the challenge just because the week gets messy.

The standard is:

Adjust. Complete. Keep moving.
