How to Track the 21 Days

By wpx_

Before you start this module: open your 21-Day Lock-In Challenge Tracker. You’ll use the daily tracker pages, workout log pages and check-in pages to record your progress across the 21 days.

How to Track the 21 Days

The tracker is simple.

It is not there to make the challenge complicated.

It is there to give you proof.

Most people drift because they rely on motivation, memory and good intentions.

You are going to track the work so you can see the standard building.

What to track each day

Each day, tick off:

  1. Train or move
  2. Protein target
  3. Tracker completed
  4. Prepared for tomorrow

That is it.

You do not need to write an essay every day.

You just need to stay honest.

Training days

On training days, write down:

  • the workout completed
  • exercises performed
  • weights used
  • reps completed
  • any notes about effort or form

This helps you improve in Week 2 and Week 3.

Non-training days

On non-training days, write down:

  • walking, mobility or light cardio completed
  • protein target hit or missed
  • anything that helped or got in the way

Be honest

Do not fake the tracker.

If you miss a day, mark it honestly and reset the next day.

The tracker is not about pretending you were perfect.

It is about seeing the truth and staying in the challenge.

The standard

At the end of each day, ask:

Did I keep the standard alive today?

If yes, tick the day.

If no, reset tomorrow.
